You complete an experience
Credit is added once the experience is finished and the cancellation window has passed — not when you book, and not if the booking is cancelled.

You use it on the next one
Apply your credit to any open quote. It comes off the total before you accept, and what is left stays on your account.

You can always see it
Every movement is listed in your account: what you earned, when it becomes spendable, what you have used and anything that has been taken back.
Privileges is being finalised. The rates, caps and expiry are not settled, so no balance is being earned yet and nothing here is a commitment.

Open an accountIs sending a request a booking?
Not yet, and that is deliberate. A request costs nothing and holds nothing: we take your date to the operator who runs the experience and come back with a written quote. Accepting that quote is the first moment anything is committed.
What is included?
Every experience lists what it includes and, just as plainly, what it does not. Transfers appear only where they are part of the offer — and where they are, it says whether you are collected from your accommodation or met at an agreed point.
Can I change a signature pack?
Yes. Choose your dates and who is travelling, then swap an activity, drop a day or leave an afternoon open in the trip planner. The total follows the published prices as you edit.
What are the cancellation terms?
They depend on the operator running the experience, so they are set out in full in your written quote rather than guessed at here. You will have them in front of you before you accept anything.
